I can't relate to this situation but i see it on the tv all the time and it is wrong. Because she was obviously lying. But he was telling the truth he said that he did kiss her cause she kissed him. But it very sad that just because she os a different race than him he has to suffer. He has to serve time in jail for that. While she gets to go off and do what ever she wants because she got away with it just because she is white.
